[Bug 2035126] [NEW] Provide more information about who requested a test run
Public bug reported:
I was browsing the running page, https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/running,
today and noticed a Requester that I was not familiar with. We currently
display the requester's Launchpad name and it'd be more helpful if
1) that were a hyperlink to their Launchpad account
2) We actually used their Launchpad display_name (API speak) instead of their userid (maybe?)
** Affects: auto-package-testing
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
