Hmm we have this timeout bumped to 25 minutes in

I am not sure why this test is slower with RT flavour, but please let me
know if we want to bump this timeout again.

  focal:linux-nvidia-tegra-5.15 with PREEMPT_RT enabled (nvidia-tegra-
  rt).

  There appears to be iterations that take several minutes to complete.
  When running the non-rt flavor of this kernel on the same machine
  (scobee-kernel), the test completes well within the time limit.
