  When testing the LTP update (LTP 20230516, commit 3ebc2dfa85c) on
  Oracle cloud.

  The newly added madvise11 test will fail on specific instances, with X-oracle-4.15.0-1121.132~16.04.1 
  * VM.Standard.E3.Flex-4c.8m
  * VM.Standard2.1

  With B-oracle-4.15.0-1121.132:
  * VM.DenseIO2.8
  * VM.Standard.E3.Flex-4c.8m
  * VM.Standard2.1
