[Bug 2040485] [NEW] ubuntu_bpf test build failed with "error: invalid operand for instruction" on J-aws-6.5

This is the first time we run sru for J-aws-6.5
This build issue is affecting ubuntu_kernel_selftests as well, as some tests require bpf selftest to be built first.
