Download server on this web page is dropping data in large packets.
https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/450/builds/290083/downloads
Had to restart the download 6 times just to get a single complete download.
Please check the download servers for Ubuntu and all of the flavors.
Download starts off at 25MB per second and cycles down to 5.1 MB per second.
Then during the download starts losing data packets. 
Does not have a consistent rate of download speed. 
The dropped data packets range from 100MBs to 400MBs in size.
