Issue found on F-5.4.0-167 with bare-metal node "durin" and can be
reproduced with F-5.4.0-100, F-iot-5.4.0-1028.29

There are two unexpected failures reported when testing "Hardware
delivered single-step in transactional region", test log:

Hardware delivered single-step in transactional region
PASS: Expected #DB VM-exit
FAIL: Expected RIP 0x405e35 (actual 4014da)
PASS: Expected pending debug exceptions 0 (actual 0)
FAIL: Expected exit qualification 10000 (actual 4000)
PASS: Expected DR6 ffff4ffa (actual ffff4ffa)
