ubuntu_ltp_cve works fine with B-oracle-4.15. Closing this bug.

Bug description:
  The CVE test took 2 hours and never finishes:

  As we have blacklisted the LTP test on clouds (not the newly added ones, like this one)
  This needs to be investigated.
