We can have ubuntu_ltp_controllers finish on B-kvm and I didn't see B-gke-4.15 in recent cycles.
Considered that we don't have this issue in our hint database I will just close this.

Bug description:
  Test timeout with 2hrs threshold.

  
   Steps to reproduce:

      git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/linux-test-project/ltp.git
      cd ltp; make autotools; ./configure; make; sudo make install
      sudo /opt/ltp/runltp -f /opt/ltp/runtest/controller

  This needs to be executed manually to see where is the culprit, and
  how long will it take.
