  kernel_misc from ubuntu_ltp timeout on F/B-kvm because of tpci test

Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  New

Bug description:
  kernel_misc is failing with a timeout on both Focal/kvm and
  Bionic/kvm. Host is possibly crashing or hanging during test.

  Found on these hosts: autovm2, autovm4, and Larry
