This looks similar to the following crash in the Ubuntu Error Tracker
and we can see that the new version of the package in mantic doesn't
appear in the affected versions table.

Bug description:
  OS: ubuntu kylin 23.10 beta
  version: ukui-settings-daemon 3.1.1.1-3

  1. login UKUI
  2. Occasional show windows that "UKUI Settings Daemon Crashed"
  3. Got crash file in /var/crash

  Not 100%, but the probability is very high, and the process can
  restart automatically, and then everything seems fine.
