[Bug 2046368] Re: ubuntu-advantage-tools shouldn't be denylisted on xenial for arm64, armhf, ppc64el, s390x

A better MP was suggested, merged and has landed in production.
Additionally, the autopkgtest for ubuntu-advantage-tools on armhf is
currently running for xenial and you'll be able to see the results at
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/ubuntu-advantage-
tools/xenial/armhf .

Title:
ubuntu-advantage-tools shouldn't be denylisted on xenial for arm64,
  armhf, ppc64el, s390x

Status in Auto Package Testing:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
ubuntu-advantage-tools is the gateway into Pro offerings, and should
be available in all architectures. It does not go into the ESM pocket,
but into the proper archive (updates), and currently the DEP8 tests
are only being run on xenial for amd64 and i386, being denylisted
  elsewhere.

The last SRU for u-a-t[1] is only stuck in xenial-proposed now, having
been released into updates in the later ubuntu releases, pending DEP8
  results on these denylisted architectures.
