  Calamares install has links to external site but no browser until
  after install

  Testing Lubuntu Noble daily ISO dated 10-01-2024

  Notice that the installer has on the bottom of left-hand column
  "About" which contains links to external sites but no browser setup
  until after install and reboot - and of course selecting these links
  results in nothing happening, see attached screenshot.
