Title:
  Eyedropper not working in wayland

Status in gimp package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  On Ubuntu 23.10 GIMP 2.10.34-1 eyedropper on Wayland does not work outside gimp window.
  On some windows outside gimp window the cursor changes from dropper to arrow, on some other windows (firefox) the cursor is still dropper but picks only black.
  Same problem on Ubuntu 23.04.
  Problem does not occur on same PC with gimp 2.10.30-1build1 on Ubuntu 22.04
