  Display queued and running tests on results page

Status in Auto Package Testing:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Queue and running tests appear on
  https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/running but the page is less convenient
  than, say,
  https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/o/octave/noble/s390x .

  I think it could be helpful to have these appear on the results page
  too since it would make it easier to spot similar tests already queued
  and who's working on similar packages.
