Title:
  filter amqp requires retries when specified queue is too large

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When the specified queue is too large (not sure what the cutoff is)
  you get a traceback after deleting x number of items in the queue. I
  closed the terminal so I no longer have the traceback, but it's non-
  specific and unhelpful.
