  Currently running tests section should have a count

Status in Auto Package Testing:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Having a count of the currently running tests at /running might be
  helpful to know if there is an issue with the workers e.g. if we are
  only running 10 tests and the queue is huge something is wrong.
