Title:
  White window when running "Install Ubuntu MATE 24.04 LTS" on Mar 28
  test iso

Status in Ubuntu Manual Tests:

Bug description:
  On the March 28 daily iso of Ubuntu MATE 24.04, when I run the
  installer I get a white window on the screen and the installer never
  starts.  It worked for me on a previous build, not sure of its date.

  This is on a VirtualBox vm with 2gb memory and 15gb storage, which
  also worked previously.
