Message #03717
[Bug 2059235] Re: Create pull-amqp and push-amqp scripts
MP got merged, and then a latter MP by skia made some amendments. That
isn't deployed yet, so I'll leave this as fix committed

Title:
Create pull-amqp and push-amqp scripts
Status in Auto Package Testing:
Fix Committed
Bug description:
pull-amqp will be a script which prints all the amqp messages from a queue (doesn't remove them, has an ack command line arg which if set to true would remove all the items in the queue, we could also use filter-amqp to achieve this by modifying the script)
push-amqp will be a script which pushes all messages into a queue
The idea is we have two general tools we can use to easily move things
around in whichever queues
