[Bug 2064715] Re: powerpc/alignment:alignment_handler from ubuntu_kernel_selftests timeout on P9 bare-metal

For mantic, we already have this hinted, just without a proper bug
report.

This issue pops up again I think it's because we have it added back to
the pool recently since 2024.04.01.

Title:
  powerpc/alignment:alignment_handler from ubuntu_kernel_selftests
  timeout on P9 bare-metal

Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  New

Bug description:
  This issue can be found on Power9 bare-metal node baltar:
    * N-6.8.0-28.28
    * M-6.5.0-34.34
    * J-5.15.0-106.116

  The test will just timeout.

       START    ubuntu_kernel_selftests.powerpc/alignment:alignment_handler    ubuntu_kernel_selftests.powerpc/alignment:alignment_handler    timeout=1800    timestamp=1713400231    localtime=Apr 18 00:30:31
   Persistent state client._record_indent now set to 2
   Persistent state client.unexpected_reboot now set to ('ubuntu_kernel_selftests.powerpc/alignment:alignment_handler', 'ubuntu_kernel_selftests.powerpc/alignment:alignment_handler')
   Waiting for pid 23258 for 1800 seconds
   System python is too old, crash handling disabled
   Running 'make run_tests -C powerpc/alignment TEST_PROGS=alignment_handler TEST_GEN_PROGS='' TEST_CUSTOM_PROGS='''
   [stdout] make: Entering directory '/home/ubuntu/autotest/client/tmp/ubuntu_kernel_selftests/src/linux/tools/testing/selftests/powerpc/alignment'
   [stdout] TAP version 13
   [stdout] 1..1
   [stdout] # timeout set to 45
   [stdout] # selftests: powerpc/alignment: alignment_handler
   [stdout] # test: test_alignment_handler_vsx_206
   [stdout] # tags: git_version:unknown
   [stdout] # VSX: 2.06B
   [stdout] #     Doing lxvd2x:    PASSED
   Timer expired (1800 sec.), nuking pid 23258

  I assume there is a leftover process that cause sut-test failure in
  the end. This will need to be investigated manually.
