Title:
  ubuntu_performance_power failed to build on Impish / Jammy

Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  This is not a regression.

  Issue found on Impish 5.13.0-28.31

  Test build failed with:
    Makefile:351: warning: ignoring prerequisites on suffix rule definition
    In file included from /usr/include/signal.h:328,
                   from stress-ng.h:61,
                   from stress-bad-altstack.c:25:
    stress-bad-altstack.c:30:32: error: initializer element is not constant
     30 | static const size_t stack_sz = MINSIGSTKSZ;
        |                                ^~~~~~~~~~~
    make[1]: *** [Makefile:352: stress-bad-altstack.o] Error 1
    make: *** [Makefile:343: all] Error 2

  We are using V0.09.56 of stress-ng on this. Maybe we should try a
  newer version on Impish?

  Please find attachment for the build log.
