I think we need a separate all-proposed=1 attempt to expose the issue, and that hasn't been tried yet, since update_excuses is happy. I only submitted the ones that need retrying now. I didn't think it was worth retrying the ones that britney isn't complaining about to create the issue, figuring we could add in the future if needed. Do you want the other architectures to be added anyway?
