The proposal to merge autopkgtest-cloud:faster-stats into autopkgtest-cloud:master has been updated.

Description changed to:

The extract_data function already downloads the log files for a test run so we don't need a separate call to that function. Additionally, we don't need to call extract_data twice i.e. once before the try / except.
