Public bug reported:

These failing tests can be found on noble/fips version 6.8.0-38.38+fips1
from the d2024.07.08 cycle on the amd64 openstack instance. They are not
found on other architectures and were not seen in the previous
6.8.0-31.31+fips3 version.

These testcases are all failing with "_check_dmesg: something found in dmesg".
It could be that these tests are failing for different reasons, so we'd need to split this bug report into more specific ones.
