>From the test history, I can see node scobee-kernel was working with
Noble image (6.8.0-31-generic) in 2024.04.29, and with 6.8.0-32.32,
6.8.0-34.34 that we want to test (with a high fail rate though).

In the following cycles: s2024.04.29, 2024.06.10, this node was not
being testing with Noble. (Maybe because it's acquired for other tasks)

And we just found it failing with Noble like this in s2024.06.10.

Bug description:
  When trying to deploy Noble on ARM64 node scobee-kernel, it will drop
  into initramfs when rebooting for the deployed Noble image
  (6.8.0-39.39-generic).
