The appended console log shows that when starting the 24.10 container a
lot of unexpected errors occur.

Bug description:
  I tried to build an Ubuntu 24.10 container for autopkgtests on a
  Raspberry Pi running Ubuntu 24.04.

  $ autopkgtest-build-lxd ubuntu-daily:oracular/armhf
