We'll probably want to backport "selftests/bpf: Fix compilation failure
when CONFIG_NET_FOU!=y" (still linux-next
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-
next.git/commit/tools/testing/selftests/bpf?id=d17f9b370df628a3faaec7fd8be92a89ecc3e33a)
to fix this.
