from the log, after waking up the cpu and 1 second sleep, the required
task is running on the cpu1 from the first time ps command, but could
not find the required task on the target cpu in the following second ps
command.

  In cpuhotplug (ubuntu_ltp) tests, offline and online of CPU1 succeeds,
  but later the test fails with:
