Review: Needs Information

On amd64 there is indeed a test timeout:

however on ppc64el we see a test failure, e.g.

I think adding libmceliece/amd64 to long_tests is correct (long_tests only increases the timeout, while big_packages also increases available resources on the testbed). OTOH I am not sure about libmceliece/ppc64el, given that we can't see a timeout in the test logs.
