Review: Needs Information

Looks like highway 1.2.0-3ubuntu3 migrated (despite having a regression in i386, so I'm not sure of how it migrated exactly: I don't see it being hinted).

So we technical don't need this MP anymore. And in any case, I think better solutions would be:

 * fixing the autopkgtests; or
 * hinting the package as needed, instead of adding it to never_run

So this MP is probably not going to land.

If we agree on the above, please close it, otherwise please elaborate on why this could still be useful. Thanks!
