  Bump ubuntu_ltp_cve setup timeout for Xilinx KD240

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Issue found on Xilinx KD240 with 5.15.0-1030.34, ubuntu_ltp_cve test
  setup took about 43 minutes to run. Which is slightly above our 40
  minutes threshold.
