  Seen for impish:linux-oracle (5.11) on 2021.07.19 for all 3 instance
  types:

  [stdout] clock_settime03.c:35: TINFO: Testing variant: syscall with old kernel spec
  [stdout] Test timeouted, sending SIGKILL!
  [stdout] tst_test.c:1391: TINFO: If you are running on slow machine, try exporting LTP_TIMEOUT_MUL > 1
  [stdout] tst_test.c:1393: TBROK: Test killed! (timeout?)
