[Bug 2096677] [NEW] fips_test failed with libvirt unsupported configuration

Public bug reported:

On testflinger's arm-server.arm64 (egede), s2024.12.02 cycle,
jammy:linux-fips version 5.15.0-131.141+fips1 is failing fips_test with
the following error:

uvt-kvm: error: libvirt: unsupported configuration: ACPI requires UEFI
on this architecture

This isn't a regression, as we are testing in this specific instance for
the first time. We indeed include 'acpi' as a feature when launching the
VM, but it seems like this host doesn't support that.

** Affects: ubuntu-kernel-tests
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
