fails

Bug description:
Found on Oracular 6.11.0-17.17.

# FAIL: ip netconf show testbr-vlan1
# FAIL: ip netconf show test-dummy0
iproute2 package has included a change since 6.8.0-1:
(upstream iproute2.git) 00e8a64dac3b ip: detect errors in netconf monitor mode
while none of the released versions yet include the following fix:
(upstream iproute2.git) 6887a0656dad ip: netconf: fix overzealous error checking
As a result, 'ip netconf show' exit code 2.
This is not a real regression, but need to monitor iproute2 package
update.
