Bug description:
  ubuntu_kernel_selftests.seccomp, testcase seccomp_bpf fails on Cosmic
  linux 4.18.0-18.19 ppc64el ADT tests with the following error:

  08:51:15 ERROR| [stderr] seccomp_bpf.c:1808:TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_dropped:Expected 1 (1) == syscall(286) (18446744073709551615)
  08:51:15 ERROR| [stderr] TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_dropped: Test failed at step #13
