Title:
TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_errno in seccomp from
ubuntu_kernel_selftests failed on B/C PowerPC
Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
Fix Released
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Status in linux source package in Bionic:

Status in linux source package in Cosmic:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
This test will fail on Bionic / Cosmic PowerPC:
[ RUN ] TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_errno
seccomp_bpf.c:1826:TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_errno:Expected -(-3) (3) == (*__errno_location ()) (38)
TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_errno: Test failed at step #13
This test will pass on PowerPC with Disco kernel.
As this issue can be reproduced with the upsteam kernel tree, so it
looks like a kernel issue instead of a test case issue to me.
