Public bug reported:

Currently vmx_apicv_test has a timeout value of 10 seconds. However,
since the last successful run on bavor instance, new test cases has been
added here, and this causes a timeout on old instances like bavor
(Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2603 v3 @ 1.60GHz) where test completes for
exotic_skunk (Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2698 v4 @ 2.20GHz).
