Bug description:
  From brauner's commit message in lxc repository [1]

  "The 3.13 kernel has a broken overlay module which does not handle
  symlinks correctly."

  This is now causing the lxc-tests (1.0.9-0ubuntu1) in kernel SRU
  failed with the lxc-test-unpriv test case.

  Note, the older version 1.0.9-0ubuntu1 works fine
