  Issue found on B-AWS 4.15.0-1087.92

  This is a new test case added a week ago [1]. Test failed with:
   startup='Wed Oct 21 13:10:37 2020'
   tst_test.c:1250: TINFO: Timeout per run is 0h 05m 00s
   ptrace10.c:60: TFAIL: The rd0 wasn't set on second PTRACE_POKEUSER
