  Testing failed on:

  bpf selftests are compiled as a pre-req to run the net selftest, but
  it's failing on bionic/linux-hwe on s390x:

  This doesn't fail on other architectures, neither on the same kernel
  as cosmic/linux s390x.

  It started to fail after the following autotest-client-tests commit:

  "UBUNTU: SAUCE: ubuntu_kernel_selftests: build bpf selftests before running net selftests"

  However, there were some bpf changes pulled in between 4.18.0-16 and
  4.18.0-17, so not 100% sure this is something to be handled by the
  testcase.
