Bug description:
  linux-aws-5.11 5.11.0-1020.21~20.04.2

  5 ubuntu_lxc tests (api_test.py / lxc-test-apparmor-mount / lxc-test-
  autostart / lxc-test-no-new-privs / lxc-test-unpriv) failed on 4
  instances; a1.medium, c6g.8xlarge, i3en.24xlarge, t2.small

  All failures are identical:

      Downloading the image index
      ERROR: Invalid signature for /tmp/tmp.u1JHG6CYmL/index.asc

  
  I do not see the same failures when run manually.
