  Issue found on 5.3.0-1010 Eoan GCP

  # k8s.io/kubernetes/pkg/kubelet/kuberuntime
  pkg/kubelet/kuberuntime/kuberuntime_manager_test.go:388:3: Errorf format %q has arg expected of wrong type
  FAIL	k8s.io/kubernetes/pkg/kubelet/kuberuntime [build failed]

  This is not a regression as this failure can be found in
  5.3.0-1009.10-gcp as well.
