Title:
  acct01 in ubuntu_ltp_syscalls reported as a failure with B-KVM

Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  Fix Released
Status in linux-kvm package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
This test was skipped in the ltp syscalls test, due to unmatched
  configs.

However the ltp test suite will treat it as a failure, it's better to
figure out how to skip this.
