[Bug 2114900] [NEW] ubuntu_performance_lkp SUT fails on noble:lowlatency

Testflinger reservation expires after 6h but the test currently takes 9h
to finish.
Currently seen on n/linux v6.8.0-62.65.1 and n/linux-lowlatency
