Alessandro Astone has proposed merging ~aleasto/autopkgtest-cloud:big-glycin into ~ubuntu-release/autopkgtest-cloud/+git/autopkgtest-package-configs:main.

Commit message:
big_packages: Add glycin

Needs to compile rust test-suite.
Getting SIGKILLED presumably by the OOM killer on non-amd64 architectures.
