[Bug 2118909] Re: autopkgtest-buildvm-ubuntu-cloud fails during cloud-init run

I have encountered this issue before, usually it's an obtuse reference
to an out of memory error, especially when creating images for oracular
and later. Can you retry with more memory? I've had success passing
>=4GB.

Title:
  autopkgtest-buildvm-ubuntu-cloud fails during cloud-init run

Status in autopkgtest package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Tested on plucky on a Raspberry Pi 5.

  autopkgtest-buildvm-ubuntu-cloud fails to create an image during it's
  cloud-init run.

  The failures at different stages each time, so it looks like a
  resource issue. I tried increasing the disk size to 30G but that
  didn't help.

  I tried to build images for questing and plucky, and both fail. The
  failure reported is `qemu failed with status -9`
