[Bug 2121793] Re: autopkgtest does not check the installed version

Looks like new autopkgtest is uninstallable because of wrong Breaks:

Unsatisfied dependencies:
 initramfs-tools : Depends: initramfs-tools-core (= 0.150ubuntu1) but 0.149ubuntu2 is to be installed
Error: Unable to satisfy dependencies. Reached two conflicting decisions:
   1. initramfs-tools-core:amd64=0.150ubuntu1 is selected as an upgrade because:
      1. initramfs-tools:amd64=0.150ubuntu1 is selected as an upgrade
      2. initramfs-tools:amd64=0.150ubuntu1 Depends initramfs-tools-core (= 0.150ubuntu1)
   2. initramfs-tools-core:amd64=0.150ubuntu1 is not selected for install because:
      1. amd64-microcode:amd64 is selected for install
      2. amd64-microcode:amd64 is available in versions 3.20250311.1ubuntu1, 3.20250708.1ubuntu1
         [selected amd64-microcode:amd64=3.20250311.1ubuntu1 for install]
      3. initramfs-tools-core:amd64=0.150ubuntu1 Breaks amd64-microcode (< 3.20250311.1ubuntu2~)
      For context, additional choices that could not be installed:
      * In amd64-microcode:amd64 is available in versions 3.20250311.1ubuntu1, 3.20250708.1ubuntu1:
        - amd64-microcode:amd64=3.20250708.1ubuntu1 is not selected for install

ubuntu@autopkgtest:~$ apt policy amd64-microcode
amd64-microcode:
  Installed: 3.20250311.1ubuntu1
  Candidate: 3.20250311.1ubuntu1
  Version table:
     3.20250708.1ubuntu1 100

 *** 3.20250311.1ubuntu1 500

Bug description:
  The unmkinitramfs autopkgtest for initramfs-tools/0.150ubuntu1 failed
  with "3cpio: not found". What? That is a new dependency that I
  declared. Then I started debugging until I looked for the installation
  of initramfs-tools-core this:

  ```
  179s The following packages will be REMOVED:
  179s   systemd-resolved-dnssec
  179s The following packages have been kept back:
  179s   initramfs-tools initramfs-tools-core
  ```

  Can autopkgtest please check that the version of the binaries provided
  the the package under test matches the version of the package under
  test please? Otherwise it does not test what it claims to test.
