Status in autopkgtest package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in autopkgtest package in Debian:
  New

Bug description:
  The unmkinitramfs autopkgtest for initramfs-tools/0.150ubuntu1 failed
  with "3cpio: not found". What? That is a new dependency that I
  declared. Then I started debugging until I looked for the installation
  of initramfs-tools-core this:

  ```
  179s The following packages will be REMOVED:
  179s   systemd-resolved-dnssec
  179s The following packages have been kept back:
  179s   initramfs-tools initramfs-tools-core
  ```

  questing/questing/amd64/i/initramfs-
  tools/20250828_194325_31699@/log.gz

  Can autopkgtest please check that the version of the binaries provided
  the the package under test matches the version of the package under
  test please? Otherwise it does not test what it claims to test.
