  incorrect-dc-date

Status in MLHIM Constraint Definition Designer:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The date saved in the ccd is not the same sa the data displayed on the
  metadata form.  Typically the saved date is one month before the
  current date.  BTW: This is not new, I just forgot to report it
  earlier.
