  Element name is incorrect in XSD output

Status in MLHIM Constraint Definition Designer:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Applies to CDG 1.0
  The element name in the DvStringType should be DvString_dv.
  Also, the data_name attribute (inherited from DvAnyType) is not set.
