Just talked to Elizabeth about the documentation:

Sadly there is a massive backlog in the docs. The focus currently is in
Framework support of pushing apps (Spring, Rails etc etc), then Bosh
Documntation and lastly Operator documentation. This will probably though
be a bigger focus on the Pivotal One docs then Open Source community docs.

The read me though will never be under her team. She suggested filing bugs
for what we wanted in the read me and making the community pair beef up the
docs (they are already the people doing this). Specifically we should get a
list of what we want to get added to the Readme's... e.g. dependencies,
relationships, how to bootstrap on a vanilla box etc.
